Candidate Requirement :
The right candidate will bring a number of years of technical training, support and/or hands-on consulting/implementation experience. The candidate will demonstrate he/she can take highly technical subject matter and deliver it to a global audience in an easy to understand and accessible manner. Most LVC courses are taught in English, so superior command of the English language is a top requirement. Candidate will need to demonstrate sensitivity to multi cultural aspects of the students.

** Excellent verbal communication skills (perfect English)

** Ability to simplify complex concepts using on-line tools and creative teaching techniques

** Flexible, self-motivated; Proven ability to excel in an entrepreneurial environment

** Quality-focused professional open to learning new technologies and focused on constant improvement

** MCA/BE or BA/Masters in Computer Science or related technical field

** 2 to 4 years experience using Solaris or similar Unix based O/S

** 1 to 3 years experience conducting technical training using Solaris O/S. Experience teaching distance-learning “virtual training” classes a strong plus

** Proficiency using web conferencing tools such as WebEx is preferred

** Sun Solaris Associate, Professional, or Masters Certification a strong plus

** Must reside in Bangalore or be willing to relocate to Bangalore

** Must be willing to work frequently during North American hours

** Experience working directly with North American audiences and/or customers on technical projects, delivering training, and/or providing technical support is strongly preferred
