Job Description

Awareness of International codes like ASME, API, ISO for rotating equipments.
Detail design, engineering and procurement of rotating equipments and packages like pumps, compressors, blowers, fan, agitator, turbine etc.
Selection of material for various rotating equipments.
Preparation of mechanical data sheet and technical specification, Technical Bid Analysis and Purchase Requisition for various rotating equipment.
Checking and approval of vendor's drawings and documents as per relevant codes, specification and standards.
Follow-up / co-ordination with different discipline, client, vendors & clarification with vendors.
Pre-bid / proposal engineering (Input for cost estimation, man hour efforts estimation etc.)
Making 'Spread Sheets' of various calculations by using 'EXCEL'.
FEED verification.
Review/detail engineering of various vendor packages like instrument air compressor and drier package, Nitrogen generation package, sea water treatment package, chemical injection package, flare system packege etc.
