Job Specification :

Walk in Interview from 10.00Am to 6.00pm from Mon to Fri.

Day Shift 9 AM to 6 PM. Fixed Sat & Sun off.

• The purpose of this role is to provide Single Point of Contact services for Customers/Users.
• Handles all Level 1 queries.
• Responsible for answering calls
• Perform initial checks on Hard disk drives
• Capture customer details on the CRM tool
• Create RMA (if required), and schedule Pick-up of the Drive
• Provide updates to customers from the CRM tool
• Follow up with concerned departments for updates
• Abide by the prescribed norms of handling the transactions(no customer avoidance)

Description :
In this project we have created an industry, in that same industry we have done different works i.e. Automatic Water Level contoller, Automated Garden Lightening, Electronic Fountain, Security Surveillance, Conveyor Application and use of Robotic Arm with the use PLC (FX1N14MT). The main work of robot is to pic a thing which is moving in the conveyor and place it in another tray.
