Patient Registration Module handles Inpatient and Outpatient Registration Process,
Appointment Scheduling as well as Medical Records Handling. It provides for enquiries about
the patient, the patient's location, admission, Appointment Scheduling and Discharge details,
patient Medical Record.
Appointments can be scheduled for Consulting Doctors, appointments and provide an easy to
use interface to make appointments. Medical Record keeps an abstract of clinical data about
patients. It allows easy retrieval of medical records on patients. A facility exits to maintain the
data information.
Billing :
The Patient Billing module facilitates cashier and billing operations for different categories of
patients (Outpatient, Inpatient), providing automatic posting of charges related to different
services like bed charges, lab tests conducted, medicines issued, and Consultant’s fee.
Pharmacy :
Pharmacy module deals with all medical items. The activities include Enquiry, quotation,
Purchase Order, Online approval, Maintenance of Drug inventory, Automatic Reorder level
Setting, Online request for stock from various sub-stores, Online stock transfer, maintenance of
stock at different sub-stores, Return of items nearing expiry, Physical stock verification and

Laboratory :
This module enables the maintenance of investigation requests by the patient and generation of
test results for the various available services, such as clinical pathology, X-Ray. The laboratory
module is integrated with the in-patient/ out-patient registration, wards and billing modules.
Reception :
The Reception module handles in-patient and outpatient registration and admission, as well as
online bed allocation. It can handle enquiries about the patient's admission and discharge details,
bed census, and the patient's movements within the hospital. The system can also handle
fixed-cost package deals for patients.
