    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Overall in-charge of CNC Cutting machines(Plasma & Gas cutting machines).

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Mainly job involves,
    a) Creation of Item CAD Profiles as per mfg. dwgs.
    b) Most 2D Software Nesting & Optimization of raw material.
    c) Planning and scheduling of CNC Cuttings as per priorities.
    d) Co-ordination of raw matl involves, requisition of plates from MPD, material transfer and marking & segregation of plates as per nesting (Contractor vise) and final material transfer to concerned Contractors.
    e) Man power deployment in CNC cutting.
    f) Cross checking of profiles and preparing cutting log books.
    g) Training & development of new operators.
    h) Preparation & monitoring of charts & other related documents of CNC cutting machines.
    i) Can able to run the CNC Plasma, Gas cutting machines in critical moments (i.e. absence of operators).
