Name of the Post : Technical Trainee Programme-2011 TTP

Age Limit : born on or after 1st September 1985

Qualification :
M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics after a B.Sc degree OR M.Tech after a B.Sc degree with Physics as a subject OR an Integrated M.Sc., B.E./B.Tech. in Engg. Physics is also eligible, provided it is a minimum of 4 years curriculum after Class XII.
B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engg.), provided it is a minimum 4 years curriculum after Class XII in the appropriate discipline.
M.Sc. in Materials Science can apply for item code 50 only

Pay scale :
During training period the trainee will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 16000/-
and a one-time book allowance of Rs. 10000/-.

Appointment & Placement :
On successful completion of the training, the trainees will be appointed as Scientist / Engineer–SC at IPR or ITER–India with a Basic Pay of Rs. 21000 in the Pay Band – 3 (i.e.Rs.15600-39100) and Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-.

Application fees :
Demand Draft worth Rs. 100/- (Rs. Hundred only) in favour of Institute for Plasma Research and payable at Ahmedabad.
