M. Pharm. - Thesis
Title : Development and Characteriztion of Docetaxel Conjugate with Carbon Nanotubes.
Description : Project involved development of conjugate of an anticancer drug Docetaxel with functionalized Carbon nanotubes (CNTs). CNTs got functionalized by acid treatment and using thionyl chloride desired functional generated on CNTs, which were used to develop a bond with available hydroxyl group of docetaxel under experimental conditions. The prepared conjugate was then characterize by Raman Spectroscopy, Fourier Transmission Electron Microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy and UV-VIS Spectroscopy.
