Job Title : Service Delivery Manager

Skills / Attributes Required
· Hands on Experience on HP Servers desktop laptop servers as Industrial standard servers is
mandatory.
· Demonstrable experience of working in an IT Service management capacity.
· Experience of managing suppliers in outsourcing contracts.
· HP certified .
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage IT Service Delivery team and be responsible for career development and appraisals
· Definition of service level agreements (SLA’S) related to contracted services.(Example HP GCSN
partner support) .
· Co-ordinate with functional departments at different locations for timely execution.
· To manage the IT Service Delivery team, taking responsibility for service desk, desktop support
and application support.
· Ensure SLA’s are achieved and client expectations are met (or exceeded).
· To build services relationships with clients.
· To ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective
monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
· To provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account
performance reports.
· Attend client service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service
improvements, quality and processes.
· Manage issues that arise in day-to-day Operations from a Customer impact standpoint
· To develop and facilitate workshops and training courses.

- Computer CD-ROM costs Rs.200, but car CD player costs Rs.5000.
Through this project, the car CD player was built including the speakers for Rs.2500.

Project : Modification in MARUTHI 800cc Car.
TECHNICAL Benefits of the project :
- Usually when the car is at its top speed, 18 degrees temperature is achieved.
Due to this project, at stable car speed, 8 degrees temperature is achieved.
