As in a student life, I did my schooling from Oak Grove School, Mussoorie, Dehradun and passed out in the year 1992. So I know the basic needs of the students for sustaining in a Residential school. Also the merits and demerits of the students and the teachers of a Residential school. As I have passed my 16 (Sixteen) years of teaching under the guidance of CBSE schools and more than 6 (Six) years in the Administrative post, I know How to manage the school and how to bring up the banner of the school high. When I was a teacher, I use to enjoy the classes been taken by me. I used to be treated more as a friend than a teacher in a classroom environment. One has to be friendly with the students to exchange the knowledge. A teacher should not be concerned only with the book contents, rather than giving creative thoughts on the related topics.
But now as an Administrator, I prefer to work under your banner due to the standards of excellence set by your organization. Further, I wanted to be involved with a focused organization right from the beginning.
