Main Project :
Design of a centrifugal pump test set up
The project includes study, testing and design of a centrifugal pump test set up. The project can be mainly divided into two stages. First stage is concerned with a study of centrifugal pumps and IS standards, comparison of available centrifugal pump test set up with that of “IS 11346 – 2002” and make a theoretical study how to standardize the test setup. The second stage is concerned with designing a centrifugal pump test set up for non self priming centrifugal pumps with 100mm NB.
