- Assist and advise Project Manager on resolving contractual conflicts and disputed claims with subcontractors
- Preparation of Construction Programs, budget and cash flow statements
- Planning of construction materials their source identification and Reconciliation for major construction materials, evaluation of resource requirement & their deployment
- Carry out reconciliation of Contractual and Commercial issues including Formulation / Agreement and Interpretation of Contract Documents to facilitate progressively the settlement of final account
- Correspondence regarding extra claims and prepare all documentation required in handling of claims, disputes, etc. and ensure that the cost for such is covered in the contract agreement
- Preparation of extra claims based on FIDIC, ISI, MORTH and contract specifications, documentation for extra claims and preparation of back-up papers for arbitration.
