We are Nitin castings Ltd., Thane are 48 year old company with Two plants manufacturing alloy steel castings both by centrifugal + static process and Nitin Alloy Steels was started in Februrary, 1998, near Silvassa, Union Territory of Dadra-Nagar Haveli about 150kms away from Mumbai. The Foundry manufactures all grades of steel, wear resistance steel, stainless steel and heat resistant steel castings in Centrifugal and Sand Casting methods and is certified as per ISO 9001:2000 by M/s. - Design and Fabrication of Pneumatic Riveting Machine. Description : The proposed project is designed for riveting two thin sheets using a pneumatic cylinder.
- Design and Fabrication of Pick and Place Robot. Description : This project is used to move parts from one place to another using a spiral CAM and PLC.

- Undergone inplant training in TVS SUNDRAM FASTENERS LTD from July’04 to Dec’04.
- Undergone inplant training in TI CYCLES OF INDIA LTD from Jan’06 to June’06.
