    Description :
    The micro-controller 89c51is the heart of the system. For controlling the speed of motor we are using the firing angle control method for ac i/p. The micro –controller gives the firing pulses to the thyristor by taking the input from zero crossing detector . The controller also checks the current logic level i/p coming from the comparator section so that the current of the motor does not exceed the rated current. According to the speed variation the controller displays the LED graph. The speed of the motor will vary by just pressing the increment and decrement keys on the keyboard.

    Description :
    Whenever a company connects its network to the Internet, it opens up a whole can of worms regarding security. As the network grows, it will play host to numerous bugs and security loop holes of which you have never heard - but you can bet intruders have. Many organisations are recognizing the value of a good security policy to define what is and is not allowed in terms of network and Internet access. To protect an organization completely , therefore, it is necessary to provide a second line of defence, and in order to achieve this, an entire category exist in the form hardware. However software solution are available but not authentic , so the combination of both hardware and software is required .
    Field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), as programmable hardware devices, have been selected as the target design platform. . FPGA should be the only solution to implement a true parallel processing architecture.
    FPGAs enhance military signal-processing applications : field-programmable gate arrays have become common place on signal-processing boards for defense applications such as radar and sonar. The devices promise even more capability down the road, especially in communications technology such as software-defined radio(used in fighter in US). FPGA is the best hardware solution for the purpose of security.
