Scope of Work for Field operation :
- Preventive & Maintenance & Coverage Analysis.
- Coverage, frequency and capacity planning according to the necessity.
- Primary verification of drive data and taking necessary corrective measures, like Neighbor list addition and interference analysis.
- Prioritize hardware faults to meet customer demands within the required time frame along with analysis, solution and reports the same.
- Recommend timely actions and solutions to customer service requests.
- Physical Testing, Check the Particular sites physically for Sector and cables swap, orientation, Tilt, Type of Antenna and all checking in BTS end.
- After Doing Drive Test for particular sites clockwise and anticlockwise to check Rx level, Rx quality, swap interference and Handovers.
- Analyzing interference, Call Drops, Handover failures, Error in Connection, Channel reselections, Rx Quality, Rx level etc. and generating Rx Level & Quality Plots using MapInfo.
After that Analysis Optimize the Particular sites and Whole Network.
