PROJECT WORKS :
- Mini project - Design and fabrication of splitmuff coupling.
In this project we designed and fabricated a small splitmuff coupling in stainless steel to couple parallel shafts and to withstand both vibrations and heavy shock during power transmission..
- Final year project - Performance analysis and process improvement of an
existing Gobar gas plant
In this project we did a case study on an existing gobar gas plant at Govindapuram (near Kumbakonam) on its performance outlines and compared it with the ideal systems, and identified the various existing operational problems and theoretical shortcomings. And discussed the workable solutions that can be applied to the existing plant to improve its overall effectiveness.

CO-CURRICULUM :
- Attended a workshop on “Autodesk inventor 2011”software in Sudarshan college of Engg, Pudukottai.
- Participated in project exhibition with our project entitled “online monitoring of flank wear in single point cutting tool using ultrasonics in lathe machines” in Veltech university, Chennai.
- Participated in Robotic project exhibition with our project “ Automated Guided Vehicle” in Jayaram Engineering college,Thuraiyur.
- Participated in events “How stuff works and zenith “ in gravitas at VIT,Vellore.
