• To ensure good clinical practices/ to handle quality assurance and quality control effectively
• To provide training to team on good laboratory practices
• To manage manpower at laboratory with excellent leadership and man management skills
• Assuring the results that are reported are accurate

Sound knowledge of collection (blood/ urine/ samples) techniques
Knowledge of NABL/ CAP as an added advantage
Patience
Good human networking skills
