Job Description
We are looking for Candidates having 4-8 years of good software development experience with at least 2+ year hands on Microsoft .NET experience. Technical Expertise -Extensive design and programming experience using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT, ADO.NET, Visual Basic and CSS. -Extensive experience in writing stored procedures, triggers, using SQL Server. -Very good exposure to n-tier architecture, OO design & development, Agile Environment, -Extensive experience working with Web Services. -Very good exposure to Object Oriented Programming. -Extensive experience with Web based, Client-Server and N-tier Architectures. Functional Expertise -Interfacing with clients for gathering their specific requirements, analyzing their existing systems and accordingly finalizing various technical & functional specifications. -Handling Client communications through mail, telephonic calls. Define architecture of the application based on the above technical specifications. -Project Planning, Project monitoring, Team Allocation and Quality Compliance -Maintain adherence to the project schedules for achieving completion of allotted task within specified timeframe. -Oversee smooth implementation of the application at client location and attending bugs and issues if any. Extending high-standard support to the client during post-implementation process. Problem solving ability, self motivated, good communicator, Ability to handle multiple projects and team.
