    Job Description
    Involves handling outbound Calls,
    Involves resolving customer queries
    Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service,
    Should be comfortable working in shifts,
    Should have excellent English communication skills,
    Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries,
    Attractive incentives and perks depending upon the individual's performance would be rewarded,
    Involves interacting with US Customers (Night Shift).
    Desired Candidate Profile
    Min Education Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate,
    Building a rapport with customers.,
    Age criteria: Restricted up to 32 years.
    Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based,
    International or domestic Call centre will be considered.
    Involves working in Night shifts, Excellent Communication Skills.
