About myself, postgraduate from Kalyani University (for M.Sc[Biotechnology]), 1st class 3rd) & post graduate from Sikkim Manipal University (for MBA[Marketing and HR], 1st class). I have submitted my Ph.D thesis on 6.04.2009 which I was on Radiation Induced Mutagenesis in Sesame (Molecular,Genetical,Biochemical,Biostatistical aspects),under Prof. Animesh Datta at Kalyani University, for last three years which is completed on March 2009.

My earlier live projects include summer internship at ISI(Kolkata) on Vermicompost, industrial training at Central Dairy on QC, Food Processing, Packeging,Organisational structure, immunological training at N.I.C.E.D(Indian Councl of Medical Research wing) on Sexually Transmited Diseases and Sexually Transmitted Infections , training on Animal Tissue Culture from Bose Institute & professional consultancy(to Gujrat Forest Department) experience at IBRAD and finally evaluation by NASA,USA( Dr.Timmermann and Dr.Roulf) as excellent researcher gives me the confidence that I may continue to be an effective researcher in today's competitive research place. Moreover, participating in several seminars, conferences & giving talk sessions, had surely been very value-adding in my research capabilities.

My expectations from my workplace is a learning environment, so that I may leverage on my core competencies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage for my organization in today's environment, while being an efficient learner.
