Security Training

CONDUCT OF THE SECURITY GUARD NOT ONLY REFLECTS THE POLISHING AND THE OUTLOOK OF THE COMPANY BUT ALSO HELPS IN THE GUARD PERFORMING HIS DUTY WELL.WE AT MAHARAJA BELIEVE THAT THE SECURITY GUARD SHOULD ALWAYS STICK TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND PERFORM HIS DUTY EFFECTIVELY AND NOT JUST BE PRESENT AS A DISPLAY MODEL ON THE DOOR.

RECUITMENTWe recruit the person according to the QR set for the various categories of the Security Personnel. Once selected, they undergo the enrolment process and are then undergo Basic Security Training.

BASIC SECURITY TRAININGThis is the initial stage where a person is groomed into a disciplined and knowledgeable security guard. We conduct 3 hours sessions per day for over 20 working days. Basic Security Training comprises of 13 days classroom and 7 days Field Training. The syllabus has been prepared after lot of learning and understanding requirement of various industries and according to Private Security Agency (Regulatory) Act 2005. The main subjects covered are : * Posturing, Discipline, Manners & Etiquettes
* Security Awareness
* Physical Security
* Various Tools of Security
* Asset Protection – Human, Material & Information
* Patrolling
* Crowd Control and Use of Force
* Introduction to IPC, CrPC & Arms Act
* Identifying various documents
* Incident prevention and reporting
* Handling various Emergencies
* Use & Operation of latest Security EquipmentsOn completion of Basic Security Training, a test – Written and practical is conducted to check and verify the knowledge gained.

ON JOB TRAINING
On passing out from the Basic Security Training, The guards are deployed to various industries,banks,Atm's,residences,offices etc to undergo On Job Training for Seven days wherein the Security Personnel are given training on Site and Security Policy and regulations of the site.

I am a retired Army officer. I wish to seek a suitable job, suiting my status, in your organisation.
I am physically fit and mentally alert to perform any type job assigned to me.
Though on paper, I am approaching 60 years of age, but actually it is quite less and fit for tackling any type of job on the ground with no fatigue or tiredness.
