We need an ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION QA/QC MANAGER for our prestigious client in Jubail.

Requisite :
** Should have Saudi Aramco Experience and well acquainted in Aramco Standard.
** Graduate in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering - total experience of about 10-15 years.
** Minimum 7 years in the Gulf with international construction companies (Saudi Aramco / Sabic, Marafic, etc.) and mainly in quality assurance and quality control.
** Should be familiar in ISO 9001 :2008 & Schedule Q, and will be responsible in establishing the QA/QC department.

Responsibilities will be as follows :
** To lead the construction phase (including supervision, installation, inspection, commissioning and handover) of the system.
** To ensure that the implementation are in accordance with the design, and with all applicable projects and client's standards.
** To ensure that the construction is in accordance with design, project specification, Saudi Aramco Standards and Saudi government requirements.
** To coordinate and resolve any technical issues among design team, construction team. clients, sub-contractors and other EPCs during construction phase with minimum supervision.
