Description: Principle of Novel Drug Delivery System is applied for the development of Nanosuspension. Main objective of work is to enhance solubility of Glibenclamide by making Nanosuspension. The research work is envisaged to develop Nanosuspension of Glibenclamide by emulsion solvent diffusion and solvent displacement method. Further, to evaluate them for particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency, drug loading capacity, morphology, in vitro drug release and in vivo serum glucose estimation in diabetic induced rabbits..
