Description :
* Should have excellent English communication skills both verbally and written
* Should have good experience with voice support
* Should preferably have experience with email and chat support
* Should have experience with both inbound and outbound customer support
* Should preferably have Banking / Forex markets background in the area of customer support
* Should posses analytical skills in conducting root cause analysis (RCA), generating call reports and analyzing them for leads, issues etc.
* Should be willing to work flexible hours

Education qualification : Graduate and above
