Job Description :
Solid phase synthesis peptides (10-30mers)
Solution phase synthesis of peptides (10-30mers).
Knowledge of different solid phase Resins and their sources (suppliers).
Fully conversant with the techniques of peptide coupling chemistries on a Peptide synthesizer and detection tests at each point (i.e. processes of synthesis, detecting reagents and conclusive analysis of the results).
Processes for purification of the crude peptides synthesized either by solution or solid phase synthesis
Fully conversant with the knowledge of analysis (tools and techniques) of synthesized peptides.
