Education Qualification : Any Graduate with Degree in Law Shall be Preferred.

CANDIDATE PROFILE –
1. Responsible for acquisition & purchase of land for plant, colony, mines & other infrastructural purposes.
2. To ensure all procedural activities for timely acquisition/purchase of land, settlement of compensation on account of damages due to land
acquisition as per required statutes.
3. Should have thorough knowledge of land and revenue laws & procedures of Gujarat State.
4. To liaison with local community, panchayats, police and related government authorities so as to bring acceptance for land acquisition and
process cases.
5. To ensure all statutory and legal compliances.
6. To ensure procurement of limestone mines as per plan.
7. Responsible for Vehicle & traffic safety & ensuring zero harm.
8. Lead & develop team of the dept.
