    Job Title : Medical Officer

    Role : To work in the estate hospitals as Medical Officers for treating estate employees and their dependents.

    Responsibilities :
    Health :
    In charge of Estate Hospital
    Visit all estate dispensaries and other estate hospitals as per schedule
    Keeping track of Medical expenditures to ensure costs are within the stipulated budget and ensuring cost effective medical benefits to the estate employees
    Ensure the self Sufficiency of Hospitals
    Conduct periodic health audits of employees and their dependents
    Welfare :
    Organizing Health Camps in coordination with various govt. agencies and NGO’s
    Conducting Health Education programmes
    Conducting Anti Natal and Immunization clinics
    Hygiene :
    Ensure cleanliness of Labour Lines and surroundings, drainage, etc. so as to eliminate all related diseases
    Identify and eliminate all the sources of water borne diseases
    Ensure proper chlorination of water in the water sources

    Skills Required :

    Qualification : M.B.B.S graduates with permanent registration in Medical Council of State or India

    Experience : Minimum 3 years experience.

    Age Limit : Age shall not exceed 60 years

    Reporting to : Administratively to Estate Manager / Group Manager and functionally to the Chief Medical Officer

    Compensation / CTC :
    Commensurate with the present remuneration / qualification / Experience.
