Job Description :
* At least 5-7 years of experience, focusing on small molecule lead optimization (should be part of 2-3 programs).
* Prior experience of leading full cycle of a discovery program with a preference of delivering candidates for pre-clinical development.
* Good understanding of computer aided drug design and ability to interact with modelers.
* The demonstrated ability to provide leadership to an interdisciplinary, team oriented environment.
* An effective communicator and is capable of presenting ideas and data lucidly to groups of all levels up to company management and external research teams.
* Good record of prominent patents and relevant scientific articles and good understanding of patent and prior art analysis with preference to experience of drafting patent application being lead inventor.
* Should be an effective communicator with some record of relevant scientific publications and/or patents.

Qualifications :
* Ph.D. in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry with preference for post doctoral experience.
* At lease 5-7 years of experience after Ph D in Pharmaceutical Industry

Qualifications : Ph.D. in Molecular Biology/Cell biology/Biochemistry/Pharmacology or relevant biomedical sciences 5 years of experience post PhD in the pharmaceutical industry focusing on drug discovery.
