DRIVER FATIGUE DETECTION FOR EMERGENCY CRUISE CONTROL USING A HYBRID SENSOR NETWORK
Description : The project presents a method for detecting early signs of driver fatigue/drowsiness. I have developed a hardware system to acquire and process the variables as well as an algorithm to detect ALCOHOL CONTENT, EYE WINK MOTION AND RANDOM HEAD MOVEMENTS.
Here the 8051 Microcontroller is used in achieving the desired results. These parameters outputs are given to the microcontroller; the microcontroller executes the instructions and decides for an emergency cruise control (halt) if required.

To improve the roll stability of the heavy trucks using CAN and MEMS. The RSC is important not only for ride quality but for safety as well. Sudden steering manoeuvres can causes roll over especially in case of trucks. They are controlling brake pad actuator which has time delay and cannot output positive torque. The RSC is realized by motor actuators on in-wheel electric vehicle which have several advantages compare to internal combustion engine and brake actuators.
