- Preparation of development plans.
- 3D Modeling of product using 2D drawing Assembly & Detailing in Pro-Engineer,CATIA.

2] Wind Shield Reservoir :
Client : Maruti , Hyundai, General Motors
Duration : 6 Weeks.
Design Platform : Pro-Engineer, CATIA, AutoCAD.
Description : Design and development of Washer Motor Reservoir for the recently launched Maruti’s SWIFT model car. Washer Motor Reservoir is a plastic part whose design developed as per the 2D drawings provided by the customer. Technical discussions conducted with the client regarding the design.
3] Pencil Coil :
Client : Hyundai Motors.
Duration : 7 Weeks.
Design Platform: Pro-Engineer
Description: Design and development of Pencil Cord or Ford Motors. The design was developed by Reverse Engineering as per the 3D model provided. Technical reports and presentations were prepared for the project. The project design is still on going.
4] Reservoir for Power Steering Fluid:
Client: Hyundai Motors.
Duration: 9 Weeks.
Design Platform: Pro-Engineer
Description: Design and development of Washer Motor Reservoir for the Power Steering Fluid of the recently launched Hyundai Motor’s GETZ model car. Washer Motor reservoir is a plastic part whose design developed as per the discussions with the client & 3D model provided. Technical discussions conducted with the client regarding the design.
Involved in many other smaller projects. Scope of work being Design with help of 2D drawings or 3D models given for reference. Sometimes the designs were developed by just some inputs by the customer and some rough hand Sketch drawings.
