Director Medical Operations:

Education : MBBS, preferably MD, a Post Graduate Degree in Hospital / Business Administration from a Premier Institution will be an added advantage. [The ideal candidate would be e.g. MBBS (AIIMS) with MD (Community Medicine) with PGDBA from IIM (AHMEDABAD) with 15 years experience in setting up and running healthcare systems including health intelligence systems.]
Skills : The ability to set up, staff, train, manage and run a large healthcare delivery system. Should have worked for at least 5 years in a leadership role in a healthcare organization. Experience of having created Standard Treatment /Operating Protocols or establishing Evidence Based Medicine Practices in hospitals would be an added advantage. It is important to able to think strategically, implement large-scale and review & readjust as per outcomes.
Experience : At least 15 years work experience post Masters of which at least 5 years in similar role.
Salary band : Rs. 1, 50,000 to Rs. 2, 50,000 per month CTC Basis. However, compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate if he/she is drawing more already, within India.

Senior Consultant (General Surgery) :

Education : MS (General Surgery) / DNB General Surgery or equivalent
Experience : At least 3 years work experience post qualification
Essential Skills : Ability to expertly manage common operations like:-
Hemorrhoidectomy, Fissurectomy and fistulectomy; Surgery for Hydrocele (jaboulays & lords procedure), orcidopexy and circumcisionm; Herniotomy, Herniorhaphy and Hernioplasty for Inguinal, femoral, Incisional, umbilical and praumblical hernia. Appendectomy and Appendicular abscess drainage
Cholecystectomy with or without CBD Exploration. Exploratory laparotomy for perforation peritonitis and intestinal obstruction with or without resection and anastomosis of bowel. Exploratory laparotomy for hemoperitonium with or without splenectomy. Right or left hemicolectomy or total colectomy for tumour, tuberculosis or intraluminal bleed with end to end anastomosis with or without Endo GI staplers.Incision and drainage of Abscess. Lumpectomy for benign breast lump. Modified radical mastectomy. Abdominal hysterectomy.
Surgery for tubo-ovarian mass. Pyelolithotomy, cystolithotomy and suprapubic cystostomy. Transurethral and Transvesical prostatectomy.
Tracheostomy and Intercostal tube drainage. Emergency craniotomy.
Amputation of Limb, finger or toes. Skin grafting. Upper and lower GI Endoscopy. Vagotomy with pyloroplasty or gastrojejunostomy.
Enterocutanous ostoma formation for feeding or diversion.
Excision of lipomas, sebaceous cyst, fibroma, ganglion, lymphnode etc.
Excision of neck swellings (Thyroglossal cyst and fistula, branchial cyst and Fistula and lymphadenopathy). Thyroid surgery (total or hemithyroidectomy) with or without modified radical neck dissection.
Desired Skills : Laparoscopic surgery experience preferable. Demonstrable excellent surgical skills with experience of independent handling of cases. Ability to perform Caesarian sections / operations of other disciplines an added advantage.
