1. Plant and machinery workout :
Prefabricated plants like kirby and era day to day coordination with him for achieving dates ,check B.O.Q,
match all parts as per the drawings and final all availability.
Preparing techno commercial comparisons of plant shed and machineries as per projects requirements.
Preparation of budget for the particular projects with including costs of civil and electrical.
Working as on schedules for completion of projects with in time.
Working with designed plant layout for better projects lining.

2. Monitoring of projects & developments :
Looking with prefabricated buildings schedule to be achieved with drawings and materials.
Looking with contractors for the civil foundations as per machineries drawings of supplier.
Looking with the supplier for complete erection and commissioning of machineries.
Working as per the drawings for all machines and changes makes as per user required.
Complete coordination with electrical and maintenance for projects & developments.
Material procurement for in house made assemblies .
Looking the new developments in spiral , E.R.W. And coating plants.

Got the appreciation for better coordination with Malaysian team for spiral and Chinese team for ERW projects.
Completed two Projects in Record time. One is Spiral Pipe Plant 18” to 100” diameter and another ERW Project ½” to 8” Pipe. At present, these plants are successfully running and producing record production on the respective Mills.
Running ERW API Project for 8” to 16” before timing.
At present, I have been given an assignment after completing all projects looking for new developments and modifications in all plants .
