Candidate Requirement :
** Candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in courseware development and training projects :

o Must be able to identify the need for new courses.

o Assist curriculum development with the development effort and assist in developing education marketing collateral.

o Must be able assist in identifying, defining, and refining processes in both course development and delivery.

o Must have experience in mentoring trainers, and developing/delivering train-the-trainer programs.

** Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years software development experience including :

o Solid software development experience, and must have experience implementing a JAVA EE application.

o Candidate’s technical background with significant experience in, and knowledge of : object-oriented programming and design, SQL, databases, web development, and XML structures.

o Experience with the full lifecycle of software development, including, leading or performing the architecture of a design, and leading a development effort.

o Experience installing and managing networks, operating systems, and databases.

o Prior experience with Business Process Management or Workflow Management development tools preferred.

** Candidate has a track record of staying at leading-edge of technical knowledge through activities such as reading current literature, performing speaking engagements, publishing, attending conferences, etc.

** Candidate must be customer service oriented, and must have a track record of consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Deliver expert technical training courses on Pegasystems products to customers, partners, and employees.

Key Result Areas :

** Deliver and ensure expert technical training classes on Pegasystems’ products to customers, partners and employees.

** Become a product expert.

** Recommended to achieve the Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) level on PRPC products.

** Develop expertise on Pega products by building applications for internal use or rotating into the Professional Services organization.

** Identify, define, and refine processes in both course development and delivery.

** Assist as a subject matter expert for certification exams and curriculum development.

** Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required.
