1. Summary of Position :
This is a Middle Level position to manage field programmes/ projects within EPOS' Public Health (PH) Division.

2. Detailed Responsibilities/ Tasks :
* Technically supervise the field teams in maintaining quality and timeliness of project implementation.
* Ensure timely completion of projects and submission of project specific agreed deliverables.
* Backstop and manage assigned programmes and projects of the division
* Use EPOS project management systems, project operational schedules, project reports, status briefs and other communications for internal and external audience to monitor and manage project implementation
* Communicate and coordinate with project partners effectively and efficiently with little management guidance.
* Support developing EPOS state and regional teams of experts/consultants who could be a part of the implementation teams of various projects.
* Adhere to and actively contribute to the development and implementation of EPOS administration and management procedures
* Develop PowerPoint presentations, training materials and teaching aids
* Provide logistics support for programme/ project implementation
* Prepare periodic and end term project reports as per client requirement.

3. Desired Profile of the Candidate :
* Expert knowledge of Public Health systems
* Hands on experience of managing Public Health programmes/projects;
* Experience of working with international donors as well as with national/state government supported programmes/projects;
* Knowledge of public & private health systems, especially NRHM, RCH and primary health care systems
* Strong management capabilities, including multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines under pressure
* Enthusiasm, a strong drive, an eye for detail, and commitment to production of exceptionally high quality work
* Ability to work in teams whose members are located in various states and countries
* Previous experience in a consulting company in the health sector would be an advantage
* Willingness to continuously learn, and to undertake training
* Excellent writing skills.
* Very well versed with computers and softwares like MS office, MS Project, SPSS, etc.

4. Desired Work Experience :
Minimum two to five years of experience in similar tasks.

5. Tenure, Compensation :
Full time position, 6 months probation; competitive compensation package commensurate with salary history, qualifications and relevant experience.

6. Work Location :
EPOS HQ, Gurgaon, frequent travel is required

Fully competent in processes such as isolation of plasmid DNA,agarose gel electrophoresis. SDS PAGE, Polymrerase Chain Reaction ( PCR), Sequencing, RT-PCR, biochemical analysis of microorganisms, coliform detection from sewage water,isolation of DNA, transformation and a number of important microbiological proceeses.

- Received a certificate for excellent performance in training programme on Microbiological quality control from Aaron Babcon India PVT LTD, Kolkata in the year 2007
- Finalist for the Fair and Lovely Scholarship programme among 50 other science post graduate students from all over India. Selection was based on the excellent overall performance of the candidate throughout her academic career.

- Appointed Nodal Officer for arrival of the Red Ribbon Express.
