JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE : TRAINEES - FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS
DEPARTMENT : FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS
REPORTING TO : TEAM LEADER

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
Assist and carry out different accounting roles like various reconciliation and data entry.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
• Issuance of Credit Note.
• Credit card Payment
• Invoice Posting
• Bills Knock off
• Airline reconciliation
• Bank Reconciliation
• Credit Card Bank Reconciliation

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES / KPI’s.
• Ensure proper monitoring and control of CWT Accounting systems.
• Collections of receivables and preparing statements on a regular basis
• Ensure high level of customer relationship with all accounts

Eligibility
• Strong knowledge on MS Excel Pivot, If Command , VLookup(Advance
Level)
• Hands on MS Office
Health & Safety in the Workplace

Must not deliberately put the health and safety of anyone or themselves at risk
Must not misuse anything provided for health and safety such as First Aid kit supplies and fire fighting equipment
Follow reasonable instructions from Management regarding health and safety
Report any hazards or potential hazards such as inappropriate requests,unsafe equipment or environments to Management
