    Qualification :
    OUT(Technical) :
    i.Graduate in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering from a recognized university (OR)
    ii.have passed Sections A&B of the Associate Membership exam of Institution of Engineers(India)in Mechanical/ Automobile engineering.
    OUT(General) :
    i. Second class Masters Degree in any subject (OR)
    ii.Graduate in Law securing II class.(OR)
    iii.Graduate in Engineering from a recognized university or have passed Sections A&B of the Associate Membership exam of Institution of Engineers(India)in any discipline of engineering

    Pay scale :
    Stipend during the Training Period :
    Minimum of the Time Scale of Class-I Officer Rs.19,000/- + Grade pay of Rs. 2,700/- but without Allowances.
    On successful completion of training they will be placed in the time scale of Rs 19,000-1000-39000 plus usual allowances.
