As such company allows taking 30 samples. As I have taken samples from various departments like Finance , Marketing , HR, Production , Purchase and Stores , Quality Control and many more.
- Even I have also done my winter training project in 2010 in Bayer Crop Science for 1.5 months as I have to do a research study on Employee Engagement . I have taken 110 samples for the study ( 30 Managers + 80 Workers) . After that I have framed a Questionnaire (English format for managerial level and Gujarati format for shop floor level employees) and have used stratified random sampling method and based on that analysis is to be done by using graphs and so findings and recommendations is to be found out.
