    Students and Academics [DATA COLLECTION]. The parameters under each head are compared
    against defined standards [PLAN] and comprehensive feedback in the form of a report with
    suggestions is prepared [DO].
    Measuring Teacher Effectiveness.
    A detail interaction is done with the teachers to identify loop holes and improvement area for the
    measurement of teacher’s effectiveness [DATA COLLECTION]. Teachers are guided to improve their
    performance using specific development modules incorporated in the program [PLAN, DO].
    Teachers Training.
    Teachers training program is conducted to give them tips on creating a stress-free learning
    environment wherein holistic development of each child is ensured [DO]. The program motivates the
    teachers for life skill and exponential learning with pride in the profession while building up the
    confidence in the teachers.
