Job title : Site Engineer
Duration : From August 2004 to July 2007.
- Job Responsibility
1. Visit all the sites at regular intervals and get the progress report.
2. Reporting the Project Manager.
3. Cope up with the sub-contractor.
4. Managing the sites independently.
5. Managing all the persons working under my guidance.
IN TURNKEY Projects with BSNL
Done the whole work regarding cell site from beginning to end (till handover).
All the work as been done phase wise :
Phase 1- Civil Survey
Visit the site with the Structural Engineer to decide the space for the erection of Tower, Shelter and the space for DG. Taking the floor plan of the from the Owner/ Society. Taking the panoramic view photographs of the site also see the space/duct from where the RF Cable cable come (if the DG space provided in ground). Take the details and provide to the AutoCAD Engineer to draw the layout plan for the execution of the site.
Phase 2- Civil Works
Take the sub-contractor to the site and explain to his team to perform their job as per the standard provided by the Structural Engineer to make the pedestals for the erection of Shelter and beams for the erection of Tower as per the requirement. Three earth pits also made by the team working for civil.
In the meantime i may initiate to MSEB for power connection
Phase 3- Erection of Shelter/ Tower
After completion of Civil works taking the materials from warehouse and dump to the site where the civil works get completed. After then taking the erection team of Shelter/Tower to the site to perform their job and then after the electrical person to install the interior connection and the fittings (lights, alarm switch, Air Condition, Aviation lamp, DG) to connect it from the power provided by the Electricity Board after their survey.
Phase 4-Installation of the Equipment and the Antennas
After the erection of Shelter/Tower taking the equipments (BTS. SMPS, DG, Battery Bank) and the Antennas from warehouse and dump to the site where the erection work get completed and the respective team complete their work simultaneously.
Phase 5-Commisioning the site
After completion of all the above phases the site get commissioned and then handed over to the owner.

A company which has been working in the field of Telecom from the last few decades. It mainly works for
Trenching and Ducting, Laying of the OFC Cable and Splicing including all the civil works.
