Process & Technology :
- Exposure to latest developments & state of the art technology, experience with conventional and advanced set up, equipments, technology.

Process Engineer :
Bateman Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore,
Duration : May-2007 – August-2009
Responsibilities Include :
- Preparing area conceptualization, process design basis, Process Flow Diagrams & P & IDs, control and operation philosophy, mass & energy balances, hydraulics, simulations, Review of equipment arrangement drawings, piping layout, isometrics and other engineering documents.
- Analysis of system configuration in terms of process conditions, equipment sizing, process efficiency & productivity in line with latest technologies.
- Identify system design modifications to improve operational safety & environmental standards.
- Interaction, follow up with vendors for their offers. Review of offers received from various vendors. Bid discussion with vendors & consultants; identify system/performance improvement, cost reduction measures; making technical adjudication and finalization of vendor.
- Carryout HAZOP and risk review studies at different phases of the project.
- Utilizing group know how by interacting with various process engineering CoEX of Bateman spread throughout the world effectively and communicating ideas.
Key Achievements :
- Instrumental in preparation of the basic and detail engineering package for the Pb-Zn flotation plant HZL. The designed plant is the first implementation of the Bateman flotation cell in India.
- Played a Key role in stabilizing the HZL plant, after re-implementation of froth crowder or boosting cone in flotation cells.
- Successfully completed the throughput guarantee and performance guarantee test at HZL’s Rampura Agucha Plant.
- Successfully implemented automatic control system, MPC to the classification circuit, MPO to the milling circuit and GRO to the flotation circuit with the coordination of M/s Mintek and HZL.
- Prepared technical bid for various process proposals like SAIL, CIL Etc.
