** Adequate experience on understanding 2D drawings and use of AutoCAD.
** In addition, report writing, preparation of specifications, good command over language and customer interaction is desirable.
Hands-on experience and expertise on modeling and simulation is essential.

9 Plan Schedules for completing different tender documents within the time available and control the work performed.
10 Prepare plans to develop and improve the work and review from time to time the tendering procedures, forms and work ways for continuous improvement..
11 Submit final response for client's evaluation.
12 Coordinating with the Procurement Department and regularly updating reports of the performance of suppliers and subcontractors.
