    - Individually managing the departments and able to work on all the HR domains like Pay roll Management, Statutory compliances, Post and pre Recruitment Procedures, Employee benefits Administration and Employee Labour Relations.

    Recruitment :
    - Complete handling of pre and post recruitment process.
    - Download the the resumes and shortlist the Candidates.
    - Conducting the Induction classes for the newly joined employees.
    Employee Benefit Administration
    - Calculation of Earned leaves, Casual leaves, Sick leaves, Workmen compensation and bonus etc.
    - Full and Final settlements, gratuity and issue of relieving letters to the employees including all retirement benefits.
    Employee Labour Relations
    - Prepare monthly absenteeism report and attrition reports.
    - Issuing Show-Cause notices and Warning Letters for negligence and absenteeism based on the Industrial standing orders.
    - Total participation in the disciplinary proceedings from the advice letter to Enquiry proceedings.
    - Counsel the employees and boost their self-confidence
    Payroll Management
    - Looking after the Payroll of the all employees.
    - Coordinating with the payroll programming department.
    - Generating pay structure for new employees.
    - Handling over the payroll grievances.
    - Calculating Minimum Wages for concerned Departments and its Verification.
    - Cross checking of the due & Increment approvals every month.
    - Finally verifying the main pay sheet and finding out the corrections any required.

    STATUTORY COMPLIANCE :
    - Having the Best command on AP Shops and Establishments act along with the Factories act.
    - Knowledge on the various statutory acts.
    Customary responsibilities
    - Cross checking of the due & Increment approvals every month received from Head of the departments.
    - Preparing of monthly resigned employees and new joining also for the pay sheet
    - Preparing of every month Due & Increments reserve list and forwarding to concerned departments for advancement in their work.
    - Surveillance on each and every aspect of modifications in departments from day to day.
    - Regular Day to Day Correspondence of all general and routine issues with the concerned Department heads.
    Internship Training
    Project of 45 days on Employee Job Satisfaction in Visaka Industries Limited in the final semester of My Post Graduation.
