Test problems are conducted and discussed at all modules. Wherever possible and desired by students, plant site visits can be made. A detail of topics generally covered in the comprehensive course is mentioned below. Short courses can be conducted as & when required. Topics listed are as a general guide; changes may be done as per requirements.

Course Duration
* The comprehensive course program duration for fresh Engineers is of 175 to 225 hrs lecture and practical session.
* A tentative duration for Individual Module is indicated against each one. There can be certain overlapping in topics, when considered individually.
* More days may be considered as needed. For further details contact Mr. BR Thakur.
* Special batches for Modules of FLEXIBILITY STRESS CONSEPTS , PIPE SUPPORTS, BELLOWS, TRAINING About CAESAR-II SOFTWARE etc. will be considered on Saturdays & Sundays as per requirements / requests.

Software : Sentaurus TCAD from SYNOPSYS

Description : The existing model of Gallium Arsenide LED’s operating at wavelength of 850-940nm and a band gap of 1.424ev is capable of producing electroluminescence of 18-22 Lm/W. the proposed model of GaN LED is to produce a better result of electroluminescence at lower wavelengths and higher band gap. Sentaurus TCAD is used to design and simulate this project.
