Designation Sr. Clinical Research Associate

Job Description
Primary activities include:

1) Primary site contact for the investigator site management for all operational and routine/mainstream protocol issues in support of clinical research studies.

2) Communicates with sites on issues related to protocol conduct, protocol exceptions, regulatory documents/ requirments and financial payments schedule.

3) Utilize knowledge and interpersonal skills to develop/optimize strong sites relationship, during and after a clinical trial as this is core to the business need.

4) Manage 15-20 sites with multiple protocols remotely utilizing a process oriented approach.

5) Ensure that study recruitment and data quality targets are met at the site level.

6) Independently plans, organizes, priorities and execute his/her work along with recording, monitoring and tracking site metrics across protocols and sites. Utilize metric to guide, measure, drive and improve site performance.

7) Identify training needs of the personnel at each site and provide reccomendations; deliver live training to site personnel.

8) Discuss protocol design with site and deliver the appropriate protocol specific training necessary to conduct a study.

9) Handle medical queries from the investigator and the referas appropriate to the local or HQ medical team based on the nature of the query.

10) Collect, review and monitor required regulatory documentations.

11) Support audit/inspection activities at a site as needed.
