Description :
Our main objective of this project is to produce Manganese sulfate using Manganese oxide and Sulfuric acid, which benefits agricultural sector. This project helps to use Manganese sulfate in various processes. Treatment of manganese sulfate with potassium permanganate affords manganese dioxide, a component of dry-cell batteries. It is the starting material for electrolytic manganese metal, electrolytic manganese dioxide, fungicide and other manganese compounds including manganese carbonate, manganese salt for drying and inorganic pigments. It is also used in textile printing and glass making.

Description :
Our main aim of this project is to produce Acetic anhydride using. In this project we have made all the necessasary calculations. This project helps to use acetic anhydride as a source in various other manufacturing’s including A major use for it is the acetylation of cellulose to produce acetate fibers, plastics, coatings and films. It is especially valuable for the direct esterification of alcohols where acetic acid cannot be used. Another large use for Acetic Anhydride is in the manufacture of acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), acetophenacetin, aceto-p-aminophenol, cortisone, acetanilide, theophylline, sulfa drugs, certain vitamins and hormones, and many other pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical Intermediates.
