Team Leads - Healthcare
- 4-6 years of experience in Enterprise Application Development, Testing and support on J2EE technologies.
-At least 2 years of experience as team lead.
-Have participated and completed at least one complete software development life cycle as a technical lead.
-Experience in software architecture and technical design. Excellent analytical and problem solving approach
-Strong technical expertise in java open source technologies/framework such as JDO/HIBERNATE, MySQL and J2EE.
-Hands on experience in EJB, Hibernate and JBoss
-Ability to lead and motivate. Dynamic, independent and demonstrates initiative in his work performance.
-Possess good communication and presentational skills.
-Healthcare industry domain experience is a must.
-Good degree in Computer Science/IT or related discipline
