- Commissioning, operation and maintenance of SDH (pasolink+), PDH (NEC pasolink v4), neoi M/W indoor equipment.
- Integration and Commissioning of Ericsson Microwave PDH & SDH Equipment
- Troubleshooting of new sites commissioning and old working MICRO WAVE Network sites.
- Installation and commissioning and testing of transmission equipment like FIBCOM 6325.
- Responsible for BTS site commissioning and Radiation.
- Troubleshooting of new sites commissioning and old working BTS sites.
- Installation of GSM antenna (looking of orientation and tilt).
- Installation and testing of Battery bank and Power Plant sets at various BTS sites.
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of DG at cell sites.
- Operation and maintenance of BTS and MW at cell sites.
- Operation and maintenance DG set, battery bank, SMPS, PIU, IT, Servo stabilizers on cell site.
- Preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment on cell site.
- Responsible for full installation of that site(like E1 cable routing from DDF to BTS via PCM-2 and PCM-4 cable, PCM cable routing and installation for alarm and E1, installation of DDF box.)
- Integration of Sites with Routing of E1 and Patching E1
- Infrastructure acceptance test and maintenance.
- Troubleshot the faults arising during the operation.
- Preventive Maintenance of cell sites
- Handling the power issues of zone also working different SMPS system like POWER ONE, DELTA, ELTEK

ACHIEVEMENTS :
1. Completed overall 55 hopes of M/W link including 1+1 links of 0.3m to 1.8m antenna.
2. Successfully Installation, commissioning and development of SDH protection ring.
3. Successfully Installation and commissioning FIBCOM MUX cell site.
4. Installation and commissioning of Ericsson Bts sites for Idea cellular LTD MP (Bts type 2202, 2204, 2206, 2964.)
5. New Bts site installation 900 & 1800 band ALCATEL system for BSNL CG.
6. Successfully installation Power plants and Battery bank units at Cell site.
7. Successfully BTS swaping Motorola BTS with Alcatel BTS cell sites.
8. Successfully swaping transmission equipment NORTEL with FIBCOM.
