SSS Medical Transcription Workflow:
* STEP 1: Dictations are retrieved from the FTP or client server by the Account Manager and assigned to the designated transcriptionist dedicated for the physician.
* STEP 2: Medical transcriptionist transcribes the dictations on prescribed templates. Completed files are submitted for proofreading.
* STEP 3: Proofreader reviews the complete report and make the necessary changes. The files are then submitted to the quality team. Feedback on changes/corrections is sent to the transcriptionist.
* STEP 4: The quality analyst ensures quality by checking all the documents thoroughly. Updates are sent to the proofreader.
* STEP 5: Completed transcripts are sent to the Account Manager. The Account Manager will further review by random sampling before submitting them to the client

Cost-Effective Transcription

PROJECTS
- Automation of Transformer Yard using single wire Sensor using Embedded systems.
Objective : Use of single wire sensor system which only covers the cooling fins area while oil pump is still running thereby increasing the rate of cooling action thus increasing the life of components.
Challenges faced : The technique used to control the temperature of transformer is PLC which is advanced and new to project, controlling the temperature of power generation is very difficult because of its higher configuration and performance, I learnt that without good teamwork it is very difficult to bring the right result at the right time. As a result of hard work of whole team, the project paper work is undergoing in the power station and soon it will be installed.
- Organizational and the production study of house wiring and Low Tension Cables
Objective : To study about the production about house wiring cables and low tension cables and to know about the organizational study of an organization.
Challenges faced : As a fresher new to work and learn such organizational culture, and I learnt the production of cables and the organizational culture. It is an individual project, I have to learn all the things individually, I thought it’s difficult but while entering into the field my interest make me to learn all the things in an organization. I got good knowledge in productivity of cables and the organizational culture. I considered these two months as my good experience.
- Effective use of manpower planning in production.
Objective : Which industries make the most effective use of manpower and equipment- How does your industry compare with others- Every company that takes manpower planning seriously should know the answer to these questions, yet surprisingly few people look at the right kind of figures. Within any one industry it is possible to make comparisons of output per man-hour between different companies or different plants. But even these simple comparisons are fraught with danger if they concentrate on shop floor labor and ignore the indirect workers and staff who all contribute to the final output.
Challenges faced : My main theme of my topic to find how effective to use manpower in production than machines, the manpower should not wasted in an organization, the each and every employee was analysed using swot analysis. Collection of manpower datas, to find the efficiency of manpower in production comparing to machines. Using contribution analysis the wages was calculated to the employees. The employees was differentiated according to the categories.
