Communication with supplier for defective material in inward area and visit there for develop the process.
o Controlling activities of press shop & incoming goods.
o Updating of external COPQ and Daily monitoring internal COPQ and corrective action through trend chart.
o Follow-up Supplier SELF DECLARATION and Updating of TEST STATUS SUMMARY.
o New project zero series preparation up to approval of project from customer.
o Improvement in process and product quality through product audit & process audit with group.
o Preparation of TEST SAMPLE and follow up for the test.
o Preparation of dimensioning, weighing & packaging for each project and fill it online system software.
o Make Process flow chart and control plans of all article
o Implementation of ISO system.
o Knowledge of 5S, FMEA, PRA’S,
o Knowledge of KAIZEN,TAS,Fishbone diagram
o Knowledge of 7QC tools.
