PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
- A dynamic professional experience with nearly 6.5 years in process R&D/Pilot Plant, Plant comminissing, Process Engineering, Laboratory Operations and Documentation.

- Handling various types of equipment like Reactors (SS & glass line), Centrifuge, Fluidised bed drier (FBD), Agitated nutsche filter (ANF), Buchi Rota Evaporators etc. and Batch Planning for product synthesis.
- Catalyst preparation (protocols development & metals modification on different supporting material), and use in various reaction for enhancing the yield, selectivity & conversion of the products.
- Ability to work on high pressure reactors (Autoclave) & catalytic vapour-phase condensation reactions at high temperatures over fixed bed & fluidised bed reactor. Knowledge of isolation and purification techniques (i.e., Crystallization and Distillation (Fractional distillation).

Well versed in interpreting the various analytical instruments like : Gas Chromatography (GC), High performance gas chromatography (HPLC), Ultra Violet Spectrometer (UV-VIS), Atomic Adsorption Spectrophotometer (AAS), and Infra red Spectrometer (FTIR).
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills, problem solving & organizational abilities.

ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Since Dec ’05 with Jubilant Organosys Ltd., Gajraula (U.P) as “Assistant Manager / Research Scientist” at Process R&D – Kilo lab/Pilot plant.
Accountabilities:
- Managing process development for new molecules and work towards improving the existing processes within challenging time targets.
- Responsible for method development, validation, optimization and scale-up.
- Generating analytical specifications for input materials and finished goods together with the Analytical Method Development Team.
Preparing scale-up report like : Process, Yield, Costing, Quality, Specification etc.
- Selecting most economical and commercially viable routes for the project assigned.
- Developing plans/ schedules, arranging for resources and managing all activities to ensure timely completion of projects as per budgeted parameters.
- Managing routine maintenance and up keeping of the analytical equipments on a regular basis for higher productivity and efficiency.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Jan’05-Dec’05 with Shri Ram Institute for Industrial Research , New Delhi as ”RESEARCH ASSOCIATE ” at R & D.
