1.Presently working with M/s. SURYA PHARMACEUTICAL LTD. Samba (J& K) as a Sr. Chemist–Quality Assurance from July 2010 to till date. Company is under project and shall manufacture the Dry powder injection for regulatory and domestic market.
2.Worked with M/s. KILITCH DRUGS (INDIA) LTD. Paonta Sahib (H.P.) as a I.P.Q.A. Officer from August- 2008 to July-2010.Company is engaged with the manufacturing of Dry powder injection & liquid injectable of Cephalosporin and General products of Ranbaxy, Sandoz, Unichem, Emcure,Zydus Cadila,Piramal and Elder to name a few. It is WHO certified company and preparing for USFDA.

Two month Industrial training experience in M/s. ZED PHARMACEUTICAL PVT. LTD., Karnal (Haryana) in 2007 .

DOCUMENTATION :
Review of all user departments SOPs.
Coordination with production for all validation activities.
Responsible for execution of all validation activity.
Preparation of departmental SOPs.
Handling of Change controls and Deviations.
Internal Audit of Various Departments.
Handling of control sample.
Preparation of Annual Product Review.
VALIDATION KNOWLEDGE :
Bung Processor and Tunnel Validation.
Washing Machine Validation.
Knowledge of Media Fill Validation.
HVAC Validation.
IPQA ACTIVITY :
Handling of all IPQA activities of Dry and Liquid injectable section.
To check SOP compliance on shop floor.
Involve in investigation of out of specification.
To check and control the quality on the production floor and Environment monitoring.
Line clearance for daily activities of production,
Collection of Control sample, Semi-Finished sample and stability sample
